Dear sir, Pursuant to BSE circular dated 2nd April, 2019 vide ref. no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and in compliance of SEBi (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for all designated persons, as per the insider trading regulations shall remain closed w.e.f Sunday 1st October, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023
