Neeraj Paper Marketing Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the BSE Circular dated 2nd April, 2019 vide Ref no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and in compliance of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for all designated persons or class of designated persons, as per the Insider Trading Regulations shall remain closed with effect from 1st January 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the company for quarter ended 31st December 2020.
