NESTLE INDIA LTD. - Board to consider Final Dividend

With reference to the earlier letter dated December 29, 2015 intimating that the audited financial results of the Company for the year 2015 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed on February 12, 2016, Nestle India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors would also consider recommendation of final dividend for the year 2015, if any, at the said Board Meeting proposed on February 12, 2016.
