With reference to the earlier letter dated August 13, 2015 regarding the Honble Bombay High Court allowing the Companys Writ Petition and setting aside ban orders of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and the Commissioner of Food Safety, Maharashtra, Nestle India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Order of the Honble Bombay High Court is available on its website http://bombayhighcourt.nic.in.
