Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ending March 31, 2016, shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on May 12, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2016 to May 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
