NESTLE INDIA LTD. - FY16 results on Feb 15, 2017

Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the audited financial results of the Company for the year ending December 31, 2016 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on February 15, 2017. <BR><BR>Consequently, the Company will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2017 to February 17, 2017 (both days inclusive).
