NESTLE INDIA LTD. - Board declares Third Interim Dividend

Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 03, 2014, has declared third interim dividend of Rs. 8.00 (Rupees eight only) per equity share for the year 2014 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company of 96,415,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/-each.
