Net 4 India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had applied for grant of extension for holding the Annual General Meeting up to a period not exceeding 3 months from the due date of AGM i.e. till December 31, 2015 to Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana subject to their approval.
