Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 03, 2016, inter alia:<BR><BR>- To consider, discuss and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of Network Limited by all the Directors/KMP/Designated persons of the Company as defined in the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company will remain closed for the period from April 27, 2016 to May 05, 2016 (both days inclusive), inter-alia for the purpose of taking on record the Audited Financials Results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016.
