New Delhi Television Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 25, 2017 to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive).
