The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, 21st October, 2020, approved the revised Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading in the securities of the Company ('Codes'). The Code is effective from 21st October, 2020.
