NEXT MEDIAWORKS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 1st November, 2022, to inter-alia, consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022. We further inform that, in terms of the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed till Thursday, 3rd November, 2022.
