Please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 15 May, 2023, to inter-alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31 March, 2023. We further inform that, in terms of the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed till Wednesday, 17 May, 2023.
