Next Mediaworks Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, Officers and the Designated Employees of the Company from January 20, 2016 to January 29, 2016 (both days inclusive).
