NHPC LTD. - Outcome of AGM

This is to inform that the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NHPC Limited was held today i.e. Wednesday, the 27th September, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Jal Tarang Auditorium, NHPC Office Complex, Sector-33, Faridabad, Haryana-121 003.<BR> <BR> In terms of Regulation 30 and 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, proceeding of the 41st AGM and details of voting results along with scrutinizer's report is enclosed at Annexure-I & II respectively.
