In continuation to our letter dated 08.05.2024, it is to inform that as per the directions of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the notice of hearing of petition by MCA in the matter of scheme of amalgamation between Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of NHPC Limited) (Transferor Company) and NHPC Limited (Transferee Company) on 30.05.2025 has been published in the newspapers on 16.05.2024 as per the enclosed letter.
