In continuation to our letter dated 22.03.2024 and in compliance to Regulation 37(6) of SEBI LODR, it is to inform that appointed date in the scheme of amalgamation of Jalpower Corporation Limited with NHPC Limited has been changed from 01.04.2022 to 01.04.2024. Rest of the scheme is unchanged.
