NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Power vide its order dated June 30, 2015 has nominated Ms. Krishna Tyagi, Chief Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Power, as part-time official director on the board of NHPC Ltd w.e.f. July 01, 2015.
