NIIT Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 10, 2016, Ms. Arpita Bisaria Malhotra has been appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect. Brief profile of Ms. Malhotra is attached herewith.<BR><BR>Consequently, Ms. Sakshi Sardana ceased to be interim Compliance Officer of the Company.
