NIIT LTD. - Allotment of shares under ESOP Scheme (ESOP - 2005)

NIIT Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 19, 2016 has allotted 46,140 (Forty Six Thousand One Hundred Forty) Equity shares, of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of the Company in accordance with the terms of ESOP - 2005.
