NIIT Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 25,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each on July 08, 2014 to Mr. Sapnesh Kumar Lalla in accordance with the terms of ESOP-2005.
