NIIT LTD. - Board Meeting Is Scheduled To Be Held On August 22, 2017

This is in continuation to our intimation dated July 28, 2017, wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors ('Board') of NIIT Limited ('Company') in its meeting held on July 28, 2017 had constituted a Committee of Directors/ Officials ('Committee') to explore the options available for rationalizing the structure of NIIT Antilles NV, Netherlands Antilles and its overseas subsidiaries ('Rationalization Option'). <BR> <BR> In this regard, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 to consider inter-alia, recommendation of the Committee on the said Rationalization Option.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take note of the same and inform your members accordingly. <BR> <BR> Kindly acknowledge the receipt.<BR>
