NIIT LTD. - Code of Conduct of Fair Disclosure

NIIT Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company has, through Resolution passed by Circulation, adopted the Code for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report tradings by insider of NIIT Limited in terms of provisions of SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the said codes are uploaded on the website of the Company viz. www.niit.com and enclosed herewith.<BR><BR>These codes shall be effective from May 15, 2015.
