NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Onkarnath Banerjee, has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on February 17, 2015.<BR><BR>In the meantime, Ms. Monika Arora, Group Manager - Secretarial, will assume the role of Interim Compliance Officer of the Company, till further intimation.
