This is to inform you that as per the company's Code of Conduct for the Prohibition of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors and Auditors) with effective from 01.10.2020 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter and six months ended on 30th September, 2020.
