Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2022 given by the Statutory Auditors of the Company was taken on record. 3. Took on record the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Jain, Chief Financial Officer of the company as received in the morning dated 09.11.2022. 4. Appointment of Mr. Sharad Pal as Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 09.11.2022.
