Nilachal Carbo Metalicks Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of Clause - 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, it is being intimated that, the "Trading Window" of the Company for dealing in Securities of the Company by the designated persons and specified connected persons, will remain closed from 1st October 2025 till the 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting wherein, inte ralia, the approval and declaration of Financial results of the Company for the half year ending September 30, 2025, would be considered. Date of the Board meeting for considering the unaudited financial result for the half year ending September 30, 2025 will be intimated separately in due course.
