NILKAMAL LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Nilkamal Ltd has informed BSE that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 02, 2015 have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Re-designation of Mr. Hiten V. Parekh (currently Executive Director) as the Joint Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect for the remaining period of his tenure upto March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>2. Re-designation of Mr. Manish V. Parekh (currently Executive Director) as the President and Executive Director (Furniture) with immediate effect for the remaining period of his tenure upto March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>3. Re-designation of Mr. Nayan S. Parekh (currently Executive Director) as the President and Executive Director (Material Handling) with immediate effect for the remaining period of his tenure upto March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>There would be no change in the existing terms of remuneration payable to the above Executive Directors.
