This is to inform you that the Shareholders of the Company at their AGM held today i.e. Friday 19th July, 2024 have confirmed the appointment of Mr. Abhay Jadeja as Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation, with requisite majority w.e.f. 14th May, 2024.
