Issue of Equity shares/Convertible warrants/Convertible debentures to promoters/corporate bodies/DIIs/FII and or to any other prospective investors as the Board may deem fit, pursuant to SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosures Requirement) Regulations, 2009.<BR><BR>2.
