This is in reference to the provisions of the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons, we would like to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) with effect from Thursday, April 01, 2021 till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021.
