Nirma Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record Audited Annual Financial results of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2011 and to recommend Dividend if any on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2010-11.
