Nitin Spinners Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 04, 2015, inter alia, to transact following business<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year- 2014-15, if any.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees and Directors from April 19, 2015 to May, 05, 2015 (both date inclusive).
