The Board of Directors of the Company today (07.05.2021) met and approved among other things, the audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021, which alongwith the Auditor's Report thereon, are filed for information of shareholders / investing public. The Board had also recommended a dividend of Rs. 3/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- for declaration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall thereafter be paid within the statutory time limit thereof. The meeting ended at 5.00 p.m.
