NITTA GELATIN INDIA LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Nitta Gelatin India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 07, 2021, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 3/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- for declaration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall thereafter be paid within the statutory time limit thereof.
