NITTA GELATIN INDIA LTD. - Announcement Under Regulation 30 LODR- Updates (Capacity Expansion)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 09.11.2022 has approved the expansion of capacity by 1000 MT per year for the manufacture of Collagen Peptide at the Gelatin Division of the Company.
