Appointment of Secretarial Auditor for the FY 2022-23 We would like to inform that pursuant to the Regulation 30(2) Read with clause 7 of Para-A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Company has appointed CS Divesh Aswar (ACS 37596) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company And Further M/s Chirag Shah and Associates, Practising Company Secretary is appointed as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the FY 2022-23 at the Board meeting held on 7th November, 2022.
