NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that Shri A K Srivastava, Smt Bhagwati Mahesh Baldewa and Shri Rajesh Mangal have been appointed as Non-official Independent Directors on the Board of the Company for a period of three years with effect from November 13, 2015 vide Ministry of Steel, Government of India order dated November 13, 2015.
