Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that Company has received an intimation on 8th July, 2024 from Kfin Technologies Limited ("RTA")regarding Loss of share certificates and issue letter of confirmations and in that respect relevant details are enclosed herewith.
