We wish to inform that pursuant to the Company''s Employee Stock Option Scheme-2007" as amended , the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 30,000 Equity shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each on 16th July, 2024 to the Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
