NOCIL Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 30, 2014 has re-appointed Mr. Chandrashekhar Raghunath Gupte as Managing Director for a period of two years w.e.f. August 01, 2015 pursuant to Section 196 of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>Further Mr. Chandrashekhar Raghunath Gupte is a whole time Director of the Company.
