Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share, subject to the approval of Members of the Company at the AGM in addition to Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share already declared and paid for the year ended March 31, 2016.
