Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2016, inter alia, to recommend a final dividend to the equity shareholders of the Company for FY 2015-16, subject to shareholders approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
