The trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company, including their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter and three ended 30th June, 2024.
