The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company, including their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2024.
