Dear Sir, In furtherance to our previous disclosure made today, i.e., 04th January, 2022, under the head- Corporate action- Outcome of Sub-division / Stock-split and Announcement under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015- Amendments to Memorandum of Association, you are requested to note a small correction given as follows: Under Subject head- 'Re: Split/Sub-division of equity shares and alteration of object clause of MOA, please read the word 'alteration of object clause of MOA' as 'alteration of capital clause of MOA'. Due to the typographical mistake, the said error was made. Accordingly, we enclose herewith the revised Corporate action- Outcome of Sub-division / Stock-split and Announcement under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015- Amendments to Memorandum of Association.
