This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, the members at their meeting held today i.e. Monday, 30th September, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. has appointed Mr. Himanshu Agarwal and Mr. Manaklal Agarwal from additional director to non-executive independent directors of the Company for the term of 5 years.
