Pursuat to Regulation 30, 33 and any other Regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Sunday, 14% November, 2021 but discussion was pending due to constrain of time. So; Board Meeting was held today i.e. Monday, November 15, 2021 at Registered office of the company, in that meeting the Board has considered and approved the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the half year ended on 30th September, 2021 with Limited Review Report of the Statuatory Auditor.<BR>
