We write to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. Friday, 9th February, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Month ended 31st December, 2023 along with the Limited Review Report issued by S R B C and Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Meeting started at 10.35 a.m. and concluded at 12.00 noon.
