NTPC LTD. - Clarification from NTPC Ltd

The Exchange had sought clarification from NTPC Ltd with respect to the news article in the Media (Mint - July 15, 2014) that "CERC rejects NTPC plea to revisit tariff norms".<br/><br/>NTPC Ltd has replied as under:<br/><br/>"the matter is subjudice with Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and Company has no further comments to offer on the published news item/ media reports."
